Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods

Octo courses are digital products. When you purchase a track, you receive immediate access to the course content, certification quiz, and certificate of completion.

2. Refund Window

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • You have not accessed or attempted the certification quiz for the purchased track.
  • The refund is requested within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with:

  • Your account email address
  • The track you purchased
  • Your approximate purchase date

We aim to process refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available if:

  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase.
  • You have accessed or attempted the certification quiz.
  • A certificate has been issued for the purchased track.

5. EU Consumers — Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, for digital content that is delivered immediately, you may waive this right. By proceeding with a purchase on Octo, you acknowledge that:

  • Digital content delivery begins immediately after purchase.
  • You consent to waive the 14-day withdrawal period once content access begins.

Even with this waiver, our 7-day refund window (Section 2) still applies if you have not accessed the quiz.

6. Bundle Purchases

If you purchased the All Access Bundle, refund eligibility is evaluated based on whether you have accessed any quiz in any track included in the bundle.
