Customer education & adoption
Customer onboarding
A product tour shows where the buttons are. Customers still need to learn how to accomplish their own work. Turn guides, examples, and product knowledge into learning built around what each customer wants to do, with help along the way.
- Teach real workflows, from setup to a useful first result.
- Let customers start and revisit onboarding without booking a live session.
- Explain recurring how-to questions so customers can work more independently.
From product documentation to a useful result

Partners ready to deliver
Resellers, implementers, and support partners need different knowledge. Give each a focused path through your product, processes, and standards, using the material you choose to share.
- Prepare resellers to explain your product and its value.
- Teach implementation partners your setup and delivery process.
- Track training progress and recognize completed learning.

Your own academy
Your expertise, taught
The planned academy brings your organization’s courses and shared knowledge into one Octo workspace. External learners can sign up, take courses curated by your internal team, or create a personal course from the knowledge you have made available to them.
- Let internal owners, admins, and team members curate the courses you publish.
- Publish curated courses publicly, either free or for a fee.
- Let external learners build personal courses from your shared knowledge base.

Common questions
Is the academy available today?
The academy capabilities described here are planned. The previews illustrate the intended experience. In a tailored demo, we’ll explain what is available to try and agree on the scope and timing of a pilot.
Who is an academy for?
Businesses teaching customers to use a product, organizations preparing partners, and experts or training providers offering courses to their own audience.
Can we offer free and paid courses?
Both are part of the plan. Your internal team curates the courses you publish. We’ll discuss pricing, payment setup, and commercial terms before a pilot begins.
Can learners create their own courses?
Yes, that is part of the planned experience. External learners can sign up, take a published course, or describe a goal and create a personal course from your shared knowledge base.
Will learners have access to our internal documents?
Private internal knowledge is separate from the shared knowledge base used by external learners. We’ll review your audience and access requirements together when planning the pilot.
Do we need to prepare every lesson?
You provide the source knowledge and learning goals. Octo drafts the teaching, and your internal team curates what to publish. Learners receive explanations, practice, and help as they go.
Bring your expertise.
